A company is looking for a bilingual Spanish resolution specialist to join the member engagement team and provide member issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a subject matter expert in escalated member calls and resolve issues related to authorizations, claims, and provider network
Identify process improvement opportunities within the member engagement department
Document member interactions accurately and support outcomes reporting in all systems

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education:

Minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience required; 3-4 years preferred
Minimum of 1 year of outbound call center experience
Experience navigating Medicare Advantage or HMO benefits
High school diploma or GED; equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
Bilingual in English and Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese), or Vietnamese
