The right candidate will also be self-motivated, a quick learner, reliable, and work efficiently with minimal supervision.

Overview of the role: Accounts Payable Specialist

  • Accounts Payable processing - code and enter, seek approvals, and manage check runs - around 50-100 per week.
  • Responsible for accurate and timely data entry and records management in accounting software system and Excel.
  • Someone who can communicate well with management will thrive in this role.

Preferred Qualifications: Accounts Payable Specialist

  • Effective communication with all levels of employees and vendors.
  • Proven experience in accounts payable or a similar financial role.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong customer service orientation, flexibility and professionalism.
