We are seeking a highly organized and data-driven CRM Coordinator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role will support the execution and optimization of our customer relationship management strategies to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data insights, email and SMS marketing, and a strong commitment to fostering exceptional customer experiences aligned with Good American’s mission of inclusivity and empowerment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Campaign Execution:
    1. Coordinate the creation, scheduling, and deployment of email and SMS marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
    2. Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content that aligns with the brand’s voice and values.
  2. Data Management & Insights:
    1. Assist in maintaining and segmenting the customer database to support targeted marketing efforts.
    2. Monitor campaign performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    1. Work closely with eCommerce, product, and customer service teams to ensure campaigns support business objectives and reflect customer feedback.
    2. Liaise with external vendors and platforms, such as Klaviyo, Attentive, or other CRM tools, to enhance campaign performance.
  4. Process Improvement:
    1. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance workflows, and introduce automation to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  5. Customer Journey Enhancement:
    1. Support the creation and management of lifecycle marketing strategies, including welcome series, win-back, and loyalty campaigns.
    2. Analyze customer behavior and recommend strategies to enhance retention and lifetime value.
  6. Process Development & Documentation:
    1. Collaborate with the CRM Manager to refine and document CRM processes, ensuring clarity and scalability.
  7. Campaign Personalization:
    1. Utilize advanced segmentation strategies to deliver hyper-targeted campaigns tailored to diverse customer profiles.
    2. Work with the team to identify high-impact opportunities for personalization, ensuring communications align with customer preferences and behaviors.
  8. Cross-Department Coordination for Timelines:
    1. Partner with product, creative, and eCommerce teams to establish clear timelines and accountability for campaign assets, ensuring on-time execution during high-demand periods.
Qualifications:
  1. Education & Experience:
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  3. 1-3 years of experience in CRM, email, or digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or eCommerce industry.
  4. Technical Skills:
  5. Proficiency with CRM and email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or similar tools.
  6. Familiarity with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Tableau is a plus.
  7. Basic knowledge of HTML for email customization is a bonus.
  8. Soft Skills:
  9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  10. Analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
  11. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  12. Problem-Solving and Adaptability:
  13. Proven ability to navigate fast-paced environments with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  14. Strong Communication Skills:
  15. Adept at providing feedback to senior leadership and cross-functional teams, clearly articulating opportunities and roadblocks in CRM campaigns.

Please note that this role requires to be onsite four days a week.
