Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead our Vendor Monetization initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and account management, particularly within a major retail environment. This role requires a blend of organization, project management, and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day account management tasks, ensuring client needs are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement vendor monetization strategies.
  • Utilize Hubspot for tracking account performance, managing communication, and generating reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, fostering strong relationships and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on client feedback and market trends.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in sales, account management, or partnership roles within a major retail environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM software (intermediate level).
  • Retail media experience at a specialty retailer (2-5 years) is a plus.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $47.00 to $52.00 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
