Job SummaryThe Commercial Sales Executive will be key to driving new business and expanding our footprint in the commercial and multifamily sectors. This independent role requires a motivated self-starter with strong prospecting abilities, relationship-building skills, and a hands-on approach to managing the sales process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial and multifamily roofing markets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Create and deliver accurate project estimates and detailed proposals.
- Manage CRM activities to efficiently track leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales presentations.
- Collaborate with the Commercial team to ensure smooth project execution.
- Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Experience: 3+ years in commercial or multifamily sales.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Hybrid role with remote flexibility.
- Travel required within the Chicagoland area.
- Salary: $100,000k+
