We are seeking a Contract Administrator Assistant for a well respected company in Sacramento

This will be a full time opportunity with flexible shift of either 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm. Will be fully onsite working with a great team and work culture.

Contracts Administrator Assistant Responsibilities:
* Complete prequalification packages for our clients.
* Complete business license applications for cities and counties and maintain all business licenses.
* Prepare contracts for signature with assistance of the Sr. Contracts Administrator
* Maintain strict confidentiality.
* Research, prepare preliminary lien notices.
* Order client certificates of insurance.
* Request, review and maintain vendor certificates of insurance for contract compliance.
* Process and prepare change orders.
* Proficient with Bluebeam and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Other duties as assigned.

Contracts Administrator Assistant Requirements:
* Construction or insurance industry experience highly desired.
* Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Attention to detail.
* Accurate data entry skills.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Critical thinking skills.
* Ability to work as an individual contributor and in a team environment.
