Position: National Sales Manager – Aerospace Logistics

Location: Miami

Salary: Starting at $130,000 per year, DOE + Commission

Expectations for the Role

  • Drive Growth: Actively pursue new business, hitting and exceeding targets, and building a strong pipeline for continued growth.
  • Seamless Onboarding: Ensure smooth client onboarding by coordinating key introductions and handling contract processing.
  • Proposals & Pricing: Lead RFP responses with strategic pricing, creating winning bids for key projects.
  • Lead & Inspire: Motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and maintaining a collaborative, energetic environment.
  • Boost Visibility: Work with marketing to elevate brand awareness through campaigns, events, and team achievements.
  • Innovate: Spot new channels and opportunities, helping push logistics into the future with new approaches.

Assets

  • Proven aerospace logistics sales experience with a solid track record.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities; skilled in motivating teams and setting strategies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, data analysis, and impactful presentations.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
