Our team has over 25 years of experience in the kitchen and bathroom cabinetry industry, and operate throughout the east coast, with plans of utilizing our vast resources to expand our services across the country. We are currently looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team.

Position Overview

The Director of Sales Business Development will be responsible for developing leads and selling our products to multi-unit, large scale developers. The BDR is responsible for all aspects of the new business sales process through closing the sale and all steps in between. It is important that the BDR is a self-starter with a proven history of developing a book of business.

Minimum Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience selling cabinetry is preferred. Candidates who have experience selling other finishes will also be considered.
  • Experience exceeding individual sales quotas of $5 million per year.
  • Experience visiting job sites and asking for business.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to make things happen vs. hoping or watching things happen.
