Job Description:

  • As the Sales Activation and Operations Program Manager, you will develop, build, and manage systems to derive insights to support Cloud’s acquisition of early-stage startups.



Responsibilities:

  • Maintain existing scripts and processes required to support the Startup Campaigns programs.
  • Develop SQL scripts to and data analysis to provide insights into performance or provide data to inform decisions.
  • Work with the Startup Campaign Strategy Program Manager to develop prospect pools and targeting for sales campaigns.
  • Develop targeting, analytics and reporting insights to drive business and revenue impact in the startup segment.
  • Partner with your teammate, the Startup Campaign Strategy Program Manager to design and implement startup acquisition campaigns across all startup regions through their entire lifecycle, building clear roadmaps for cross-functional team members.
  • Serve as a resource to sellers on all program related tools and systems to provide explainability and context.



Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in program management, management consulting, strategy and operations, or sales development.
  • Experience designing sales workflows, processes, and systems requirements.
  • Experience working with sales teams, marketing, services, and program operations.
  • Experience formulating and conducting data analysis on complex data structures.
  • Specific Tools or Applications experience.
  • Advanced SQL.
