This person will be a critical member of the team and will be involved in key aspects of the business.


Arc70 is seeking a Portfolio Analyst to join its Portfolio and Risk Management team. Candidates should have 2-5+ years of experience working in credit or real estate finance.


Responsibilities


  • Build financial models to analyze returns and assess various scenarios
  • Build and update dashboards to monitor asset and portfolio level performance
  • Assist in creating marketing materials for external parties
  • Assist with monitoring daily mark-to-market valuations and hedging of warehoused positions
  • Maintain and provide reports based on internal data tapes
  • Provide ongoing support and report to the Portfolio Manager
  • Work closely with the portfolio team and senior management to drive continuous improvement initiatives within the department


Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
  • Familiarity with affordable housing, warehousing, financial modeling, and securitizations preferred but not required
  • Strong ethical standards, organization, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and adapt to various deliverables
  • Curious and always striving to fully understand issues, process ideas completely, and efficiently execute on tasks or problems
  • Fluency in Microsoft and Google Suites
  • Motivation to deliver and passion to grow a business and its operations
