Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Loan Processor at Willow Bend Mortgage Company. The Senior Loan Processor will be responsible for managing loan documents, communication with clients and underwriters, loan processing, and underwriting tasks. While the role is based in Plano, TX, it offers flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Loan Documents, Loans, and Loan Processing skills
- Strong Communication skills
- Experience in Underwriting
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of mortgage industry regulations and guidelines
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Previous experience as a Loan Processor or in a similar role
- Certification in Mortgage Loan Processing is a plus
- 5+ Years of Processing Experience required
- Must be strong with Encompass
- Jumbo, USDA, DPA experience.
