We are seeking a Regional Project Manager to join our team The coverage area is the Western States (home office to be assigned). Parking industry experience is preferred .

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for project management initiatives.
  • Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of all projects within the assigned area.
  • Lead and manage the regional project management team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Assign roles and responsibilities and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Guarantee that all Team Members perform their duties in line with their Job Description and measure the quality and performance of the Team.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Implement project management best practices and methodologies to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and key stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Effectively allocate resources to support project needs and priorities. Monitor project performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project management leadership roles.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • PMP certification is required for this role within one year of acceptance.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
