VP of Sales & Marketing:

Qualifications:


  • Responsible for overseeing the company's sales strategies, marketing efforts, and customer relationship management to drive revenue growth, brand awareness, and market share across all regions
  • 10 years of experience in sales and marketing leadership roles within the construction, real estate, or related industries. Experience in the Mid-Atlantic region is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of the residential construction process, financing, and real estate market dynamics.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with experience in building and motivating high-performance teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Oversee branding, advertising, digital marketing, and public relations efforts, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Develop and manage marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media, email marketing, and paid media, to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Strategic, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
  • Ability to develop and implement long-term strategies that align with company goals and drive business expansion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales, or a related field preferred. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
