Our client has a brand new opportunity for a qualified SharePoint Specialist to join their team onsite in Seattle, WA and play a pivotal role in optimizing the SharePoint environment to facilitate seamless collaboration, document management, and information sharing across the Video Collaboration team.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Designs, develops, implements, and maintains SharePoint solutions, as well as providing user support and training

  • Designs, develops, and customizes team SharePoint site, libraries, lists, and workflows to meet business needs

  • Implements and maintains SharePoint permissions and access controls for client team

  • Creates and configures web parts, forms, and templates to enhance user experience

  • Proficient in Power BI and Power Apps to build front end interfaces for the team to easily interface with data and metrics

  • Establishes and maintains document management best practices within SharePoint site

  • Ensures proper version control, metadata tagging, and content organization

  • Monitor and manage document retention policies and archiving processes

  • Provides technical support and training to team members

  • Enforces SharePoint governance for team

  • Regularly audits SharePoint sites and content to maintain team established governance

  • Integrates SharePoint with other business applications and systems as needed (ServiceNow, JIRA)

$54.70 per hour

Full COVID-19 vaccination may be required.
