Inside Sales Specialist

How you'll make an impact
- As an advisor, you will provide expert advice on personal lines insurance and sell and cross-sell our products.
- Actively develop relationships with sales colleagues in the commercial P&C and benefits insurance divisions to generate cross selling opportunities
- Calls are routed directly to you, eliminating the need for lead hunting.
- Produces revenue through sales to new and existing clients
- Consults with clients according to their needs, retaining them as clients.
- Enjoy a competitive base salary, commissions, and bonuses as rewards for your performance.

- This position offers a hybrid work arrangement if you are located near one of our Gallagher offices.

About You
Required: High school diploma and 1 year experience required. Insurance licensing required after employment.
