Program Manager: ($21-26) per hour (based on education and experience) ;Must be RBT Certified.

THE RIGHT FIT FOR THIS ROLE:--- Prior experience supervising others--- High school diploma or GED completed--- A minimum of 2 years experience working with children and knowledge of unique andspecial needs in a formal childcare setting--- 18 college credits in childcare related coursework--- Communication skills; oral, written, and visual with adults and children--- Ability to model professional standards when dealing with students, parents, staff, andcommunity--- Familiarity with Google technology software or willingness to learn
