Marvin, a premier window and door manufacturer in North America, is opening a new manufacturing facility in Kansas City, KS. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who can partner and assist leaders on recruitment efforts and hiring for our new location.

Responsible for advertising recruitment needs for external production positions sourcing potential candidates through various channels including social media.
Assist with employment branding.
Improve the effectiveness of the talent acquisition processes and procedures.
Organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events; Ensure we avoid foreseeable legal challenges by understanding current legislation/regulations.
Ensure others (i.e. hiring managers) involved in the recruitment process (i.e. interviews) are trained to engage with candidates appropriately.
Bachelor’s Degree strongly preferred
~3+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition, Recruitment or similar position preferred
