Position Overview: We're seeking an energetic and client-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Happiness Expert. This key leadership role combines customer service excellence with operational responsibilities serving as the primary point of contact for our valued clients. This job opportunity also has a huge focus on sales and marketing, as we are rebranding to elevate our name in the pet industry and offer expert knowledge in pet wellness. Willingness to gain expertise on pet wellness products and contribute unique marketing ideas is required for this position, as our Customer Happiness Experts are not only the face of our facility, but also have the responsibility of maintaining the trust of our long lasting clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagement initiatives and maintain exceptional service standards

  • Manage facility operations, including opening/closing procedures

  • Drive sales growth through relationship building and product knowledge

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Contribute to social media and marketing initiatives

  • Maintain operational efficiency in a dynamic environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of retail sales and customer service experience

  • Background in salon, spa, or pet care industries

  • Proficiency in social media platforms, excel, and scheduling systems is a plus. 

  • Knowledge and willingness to learn about pet breeds and grooming practices

Schedule:

  • Flexibility for occasional opening shifts required

  • Flexibility for occasional closing shifts required

  • Hours of operation: 7:30 am - 6:00 pm

  • Part time and full time hours available

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate: $17.00 - $22.00
