Role DescriptionWe're seeking a professional, organized, and hardworking individual to join our team as a Design Consultant. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service, staying up-to-date on current design trends, and matching our products and services to clients' needs. You'll also be responsible for measuring, recording, and configuring specifications accurately and efficiently, as well as maintaining a book of business with clients, designers, and architectural firms.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure clients feel cared for, known, and loved
- Stay up-to-date on current design trends and available products offered by Window Treats
- Expertly match our products and services to clients' needs
- Measure, record, and configure specifications accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a book of business with clients, designers, and architectural firms
- Utilize computer-based software such as CRM, Microsoft, and web-based software
- In-house 2-week paid training to equip you with the skills you need
- Generous uncapped compensation plan and bi-weekly draw while you ramp up your expertise
- Comprehensive benefits plan (health, safe harbor, and 401K)
We offer a competitive package, including a draw salary, commission, weekly, monthly, and annual bonuses. Window Treatment Design Services, Designer or Sales Experience is a big plus, but not required.
