Bridgewater NJ United States The HRT Club Full time

At The HRT Club we’re passionate about empowering individuals to take control of their health. We believe that everyone deserves access to affordable hormone therapy, irrespective of their insurance coverage or financial means. Our vision is simple yet profound: to provide FDA-approved treatments and medical advice at the lowest possible cost, alleviating the financial burden imposed by the broken healthcare system. We do this by cutting out the middlemen who benefit from the system without bringing much value to patients.

For us, achieving and maintaining hormonal balance isn’t a luxury – it’s a fundamental right.

Balanced hormones are the cornerstone of well-being; and as we age, the imbalance in hormones can significantly impact our body. We can’t turn back the clock, but we can support the aging journey through hormone replacement therapy (HRT).

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to drive The HRT Club brand presence across multiple social media channels with an emphasis on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and TikTok. This role will focus on managing and executing social media and influencer strategies that elevate our brand awareness among our target audience, increase engagement, and foster a strong community. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked in regulated industries, such as pharmaceuticals or healthcare, with a solid understanding of the nuances of compliance in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid & Organic Social Media Strategy & Execution
  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies on various social channels including Meta and TikTok that align with business goals, brand voice, and target audience.
  • Create and collaborate with external agencies and internal teams to create visually compelling, engaging, and compliant materials.
  • Maintain a content calendar, overseeing the creation and timely distribution of high-quality content, including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, feedback, and trends to optimize performance and audience reach.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to maintain high levels of engagement and foster positive relationships with followers.
  • Grow and expand our social media presence by increasing followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Influencer Marketing & Partnerships
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant influencers, creators, and brand advocates to drive awareness and engagement.
  • Manage influencer contracts, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure campaigns meet KPIs and provide a strong return on investment.
  • Coordinate influencer partnerships with an understanding of industry regulations, especially in pharmaceuticals, ensuring all content adheres to brand and regulatory guidelines.
  • Opportunity to build an ambassador / affiliate program
  • Compliance and Risk Management
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to ensure all social media and influencer marketing materials meet regulatory standards.
  • Maintain knowledge of industry-specific regulations, especially those related to advertising and digital marketing in the pharmaceutical space.
  • Performance Analysis and Optimization
  • Track, analyze, and report on the performance of social media campaigns and influencer partnerships using relevant KPIs and social media analytics tools.
  • Adjust strategies based on performance insights and feedback to ensure ongoing growth and improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, trends, and best practices to implement innovative solutions.
  • Brand Voice and Community Engagement
  • Maintain a consistent and authentic brand voice across social channels, fostering a positive and engaging community.
  • Respond to comments, direct messages, and engagement opportunities in a timely and professional manner.
  • Address potential issues, complaints, or crises on social media while maintaining adherence to compliance standards.

Requirements

  • Experience & Education
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media and influencer marketing, preferably on Meta and TikTok platforms.
  • Strong preference for candidates with prior experience in a regulated industry (e.g., pharmaceuticals, healthcare,) is highly preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies
  • Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok platforms, including algorithms, analytics, and content trends.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or native platform insights).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
