The Ambulatory Surgery Center Business Office Manager will report to the ASC Administrator, and support the Administrator, Director of Nursing and Physicians of the Ambulatory Surgery Center on all day to day business operations of the facility. The Ambulatory Surgery Center Business Office Manager will have both front and backend office responsibilities from patient registration, surgical scheduling, maintaining electronic medical records, patient billing, payroll, HR management, AP processing, month end closing processes, revenue cycle process, financial reporting, and materials management. The Ambulatory Surgery Center Business Office Manager will be a mentor in the facility, will assist with conducting interviews, and conduct departmental meetings.
The Ambulatory Surgery Center Business Office Manager will have previous medical business office management experience working in an Ambulatory Surgery Center ASC setting, performing and managing tasks above. The Ambulatory Surgery Center Business Office Manager will have a “go getter” attitude with the ability to mentor others–specifically in patient registration, accounts receivable processing, and managing electronic medical records. The Ambulatory Surgery Center Business Office Manager will work Monday through Friday onsite at the ASC Ambulatory Surgery Center.
