We invite highly qualified MD/DO candidates who are committed to excellence in patient care and possess strong clinical skills to join this dynamic team. Responsibilities will include clinical care and teaching activities. Ideal candidates will be BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Sports Medicine, PM&R, or Rheumatology. Please note this is a non-interventionalist position however experience and interest in non-spine join injection and osteopathic manipulation treatment experience is desired.

The Center for Spine Health is a uniquely integrated team of neurosurgical and orthopedic spine surgeons and medical spine specialists whose training in physiatry, pain management, interventions, rheumatology, and acupuncture provide comprehensive care to patients with spine issues. Over 30 advanced practice providers and specialty care nurse care coordinators work collaboratively to ensure seamless care for spine patients across the continuum. The Center features fellowship programs in both spine surgery and spine medicine, the former of which is the largest in the United States.

This clinical focused position would also require participation in resident and fellow teaching. Clinicians in the Center for Spine Health work closely with other specialists in the Neurological Institute, particularly in the Center for Comprehensive Pain Recovery and the Center for Neuroimaging to provide evidence-informed, comprehensive world class spine care.
