  • Shifts: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a temp-to-perm assignment, offering the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interface with customers, sales, and service representatives to manage pre-sales and post-sales service functions.
  • Determine the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
  • Schedule field service repair calls and handle requests for additional company materials.
  • Maintain records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, and product pricing.
  • Resolve return and credit problems efficiently.
  • Perform routine assignments with limited judgment required, under detailed instructions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Call Center Experience: Must have demonstrated experience working in a call center environment.
  • Data Entry Experience: Must possess accurate and efficient data entry skills.
  • Proximity: Must live within a reasonable driving distance to Louisville, KY 40219.
