Role Summary:

The role of an Installation Coordinator in our team is crucial for ensuring effective communication and coordination, leading to increased productivity and customer satisfaction. Here's a summary of the responsibilities, requirements, and the working environment for an Installation Coordinator:


Responsibilities:

  1. Schedule Management: Efficiently manage the Install team's schedule, ensuring that appointments with customers are scheduled in a way that maximizes the team's productivity.
  2. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Install team, helping them with tasks that can enhance their efficiency and effectiveness of the operations.
  3. Client Communication: Keep clients informed of any unforeseen delays and/or issues, maintaining a high level of transparency and professionalism in all.
  4. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the progress of the installation team, identify any shortcomings or bottlenecks in the process, and propose improvements to streamline.
  5. Document Preparation: Prepare necessary documents to support both installation functions and along with permit applications in a timely manner, ensuring that all paperwork and records are in order and accurate.


Requirements:

  1. Team Player: Possess a strong team player mentality with a high level of dedication to the installation team's
  2. Core Job Experience: Proven experience in scheduling is Previous experience as a resource coordinator, scheduler, Permit Applications and/or in administrative positions will be advantageous.
  3. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using MS Office is a requirement, route optimization software such as Badger would be a
  4. Organization: Must be well-organized and responsible, ensuring that all installation activities are carried out in an orderly and efficient
  5. Adaptability: Flexibility is key, as the role may require quick adjustments to plans and schedules based on changing circumstances.
  6. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address any challenges or issues that arise during the scheduling and permitting
  7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with both the installation team and

  • Install Goals: Responsible for meeting installation targets, completing permit applications thoroughly and accurately as well as communication with the
