About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our Beverages Account Management Team. This role is critical in building and selling advertising solutions using our proven conversion-driven and brand-building strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop media plan recommendations and strategic campaign proposals
- Manage client relationships and day-to-day business operations
- Identify growth opportunities to drive additional revenue beyond original contracted amounts
- Lead campaign kick-offs and performance discussions with clients
- Collaborate on Quarterly Business Reviews and Joint Business Partnerships
- Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and marketing teams
- Provide technical guidance on campaign specifications and troubleshoot issues
- Deliver on role-specific accountability metrics and goals
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in building media plan recommendations
- Excellent follow-through and accountability across teams
- Meticulous detail-oriented project management
- Four-year college degree
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work proactively under pressure and handle multiple ad hoc requests
Preferred Qualifications:
- Search, Display, and Programmatic advertising experience
- Familiarity with analytics, advertising data/tech, and DMP technologies
Team Structure:
You will be part of an immediate account team consisting of one sales partner, one campaign manager, and other cross-functional partners. The broader team includes measurement, creative, and account managers within the Food and Beverages team.
Location and Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid role (minimum 1 day per week in office, with flexibility for more)
- Must be located within 50 miles of the Hoboken office
Growth Opportunity:
This contract position has the potential to extend or convert to a full-time employee role in the future.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $45 to $55/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
