Description

Our Client is a European Cybersecurity & Threat Intelligence Software vendor, and we are looking to hire for them a Business Development Director / Alliances Sales Director: North America (OEM / Cybersecurity), to help them drive business of their embedded security solutions (DPI based) with OEMs (Cyber Security Vendors), NEPs, Solution & Systems Integrator businesses in North America.

They aren’t a start-up, with around 1100 employees, but their business in North America is certainly a scale-up and will require a start-up, entrepreneurial-minded individual who is commercial and comes from a Technology/Network Security background.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop strategic sales plans and execute account activities.
  2. Build business partnerships as well as executive-level relationships with key accounts.

Key Objectives:

  1. Achieve/exceed annual and quarterly sales objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record in indirect/OEM sales or business development.
  2. Experience selling technical products and solutions.
  3. Strong technical background in networking/cybersecurity.
  4. Results-oriented, proactive, strong interpersonal skills, and flexible.

The ideal candidate would be someone who understands the Cybersecurity/Networking world (or potentially Threat Intelligence), is commercial, and has a track record of sales and working with OEMs to embed solutions and software with them.
