Intel Federal Capture Manager - Cheyenne, Wyoming

Intel Federal LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation responsible for managing Intel's business with the US Federal Government. We collaborate with sales and marketing, government affairs, and Intel business units (BUs) to develop and execute programs for US Government (USG) agencies.

Intel Federal's Mission:

Drive rapid, sustained, profitable growth of Intel's business in the Federal markets in partnership with product, research, and foundry teams while maintaining compliant execution of programs. Our objective is to establish Intel as the national champion for semiconductors.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create and execute capture strategies aimed at securing government contracts, grants, and research programs.
  2. Provide leadership and strategic mindset to winning business opportunities.
  3. Collaborate with external ecosystems such as the Defense Industrial Base (DIB) and system integrators.
  4. Develop winning strategies and solutions; lead the bid and proposal process.
  5. Ensure alignment with Intel's corporate and Federal strategies while communicating a strong value proposition.
  6. Work with Business Development and technical leadership to understand customer needs.
  7. Build relevant technical expertise to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Travel not expected to exceed 30%.
  9. Advise and direct internal organizations including business units, sales, and marketing.
  10. Interact directly with customers and Intel's Executive leadership.
  11. Lead matrixed teams and execute independently while being responsive to stakeholder needs.

Qualifications:

United States citizenship required. Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance.
  2. Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience in a technical or business-related field.
  3. Experience in federal capture management, business development, or related roles.
  4. Experience with federal procurement processes and regulations.
  5. Experience leading medium and large-scale capture efforts winning multi-year contracts.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in technical or business field.
  2. Experience with federal information handling and security requirements.
  3. Experience with CRM tools.
  4. Experience in semiconductor technology and customer engagement.
  5. Active US Government Security Clearance with a minimum of Secret level.
