Intel Federal LLC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Intel Corporation responsible for managing Intel's business with the US Federal Government. We collaborate with sales and marketing, government affairs, and Intel business units (BUs) to develop and execute programs for US Government (USG) agencies.

Intel Federal's Mission:

Drive rapid, sustained, profitable growth of Intel's business in the Federal markets in partnership with product, research, and foundry teams while maintaining compliant execution of programs. Our objective is to establish Intel as the national champion for semiconductors. Intel Federal is looking for an energetic, strategic, and engaging pursuit specialist to serve as a Federal Capture Manager. The Capture Manager will create and execute capture strategies aimed at securing government contracts, grants and research programs with various federal agencies aligned with Intel Federal's mission.

Additional responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  1. Ensure each opportunity aligns with Intel's corporate and Federal strategies while developing and communicating a strong value proposition.
  2. Work with Business Development and technical leadership to understand customer needs and translate them to action and new business opportunities.
  3. Interface with internal groups to communicate requirements, plan resources, and priorities to ensure the program pursuit, bid and proposal.
  4. Build the relevant technical expertise to engage internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Develop strategy to address customer problems, needs, and the roadmap for action to build rapport with customers.
  6. Advise and direct internal organizations, including business units, sales and marketing, engineering, manufacturing, finance, legal, compliance, and technology development.
  7. Interact directly with customers, external leaders, and Intel's Executive leadership.
  8. Lead matrixed teams.

Qualifications

United States citizenship required. Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. US Citizenship required.
  2. Ability to obtain a US Government Security Clearance.
  3. Bachelor's degree with 9+ years of experience in a technical or business-related field.
  4. Experience in federal capture management, large strategic customer engagements or pursuits, business development, sales, sales support, or related roles.
  5. Experience with federal procurement processes, regulations (e.g. FAR/DFARS), and contracting vehicles.
  6. Experience leading medium and large-scale capture or strategic pursuit efforts winning multi-year contracts with large government or commercial enterprise customers.
  7. Create and develop processes, assets, and frameworks to improve and scale capture or strategic pursuit capabilities for cohorts and the broader business.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Master's degree in technical or business or a related field.
  2. Experience working on programs with federal information handling and security requirements.
  3. Experience with CRM tools.
  4. Experience in semiconductor technology, industry, and customer engagement.
  5. Experience managing federal program capture internationally.
  6. Experience with Shipley or equivalent methodologies.
  7. Active US Government Security Clearance with a minimum of Secret level.
