About the Team

The Revenue team's mission at Clari is to lead the company and the market by selling the only platform purpose-built to run revenue. Our team's purview spans all things revenue — operations, new logos, account management, and sales development — as well as enablement, programs, sales engineering, and value engineering. We're responsible not just for creating and closing high-velocity pipelines, but also the programs and training that help turn pipelines into revenue.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Account Executive to join our growing team. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs, and strategically positioning our products and services to drive mutual success. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in strategic sales.

In this Enterprise Account Executive role, you will help grow our ever-expanding customer roster and also collaborate on marketing initiatives, shape product prioritization, and interact daily with executive leadership. We are seeking proven high performers to over-achieve sales objectives and establish long-term relationships within assigned net new logo-named accounts.

You will be responsible for executing sales operational directives, to both meet and exceed sales goals. In addition, you will be responsible for meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales objectives. You will execute a large volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and social connections to customers and prospects to manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.

This is a fully remote opportunity and can be worked from any location in the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Target, open, and close net new logo-named accounts in an expansive territory
  • Pitch and demo Clari for sales leaders & executives – CRO, VP Sales Operations/Enablement, VP Sales, CFO
  • Manage strategic deals from first call to close
  • Collaborate with Marketing on targeted demand-generation campaigns
  • Partner with a Revenue Development Representative to create new opportunities

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of strategic field selling experience in a SaaS environment
  • Hunter - appetite for opening and closing new accounts
  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth, selling environment preferred
  • Experience managing 12+ month sales cycles
  • Proven ability to close six and seven-figure ARR contracts
  • Business savvy to work with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success leaders

It is Clari’s intent to pay all Clarians competitive wages and salaries that are motivational, fair, and equitable. The goal of Clari’s compensation program is to be transparent, attract potential employees, meet the needs of all current employees and encourage employees to stay and grow at Clari.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to specific work location, skill set, depth of experience, education and certifications.

The total target cash range for this position is $230,000 to $300,000. Total target cash includes base salary and a target incentive. The total direct compensation package for this position may include stock options, benefits, stipends, perks and/or other applicable incentives.
