About the Role:

As an Account Executive at SecurityPal, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts. Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Exceeding Sales Targets: Successfully win new enterprise logos, proactively expand existing accounts, and drive consistent renewals, ensuring you consistently exceed your quotas and revenue goals.
  • Full Sales Cycle Management: Take ownership of the entire sales process from prospecting to closing, including opportunity creation, qualification, product demonstrations, and negotiation.
  • Strategic Account Planning & Forecasting: Develop and execute joint strategic account plans that define performance objectives, pipeline targets, and critical milestones. Have a clear and confident command over your numbers and ability to articulate them to the rest of the team.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Vitally to track your progress, forecast accurately, and communicate clearly with your team to align strategies effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success, to deliver exceptional customer outcomes and drive growth.


About You:

We are looking for a driven and experienced sales professional who embodies the following qualities:


  • Proven Track Record: 7+ years of quota-carrying experience, demonstrating consistent overachievement of targets, with a strong track record closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong Relationship Builder: Exceptional ability to establish and nurture relationships with C-level executives and across various business units, utilizing consultative sales skills to articulate a clear, concise return on investment value statement of our solutions
  • Sales Methodology Expertise: Familiarity with and understands the value of utilizing strong sales methodologies and frameworks, such as MEDDIC, Command of the Message, or Challenger Sales, to enhance your ability to qualify opportunities and build a robust pipeline.
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving: High energy and a team-first attitude, thriving in fast-paced competitive environments where your solution has low brand recognition, while effectively managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Industry Expertise: 2+ years of selling Security and GRC solutions
  • Must be willing to travel at least 30% of the time to attend in-person client meetings
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required
