Fargo Family Behavioral Services is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) for a full-time, remote position focused on delivering high-quality therapy within school settings in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing individualized therapeutic services to students and their families, addressing a variety of mental health issues while promoting emotional and social well-being.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing standardized tools and interviews to develop a comprehensive understanding of clients’ backgrounds and presenting issues.\n
- Provide high-quality individual and group therapy using evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques, tailored to the school environment.\n
- Design and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, while monitoring and adjusting strategies based on therapeutic progress.\n
- Collaborate with educational staff, parents, and other professionals to support student mental health initiatives and intervene in crisis situations.\n
- Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines, maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.\n
- Engage in continuous professional development opportunities, including workshops, conferences, and training to enhance clinical skills.\n
- Build trusting therapeutic relationships that encourage clients to express their experiences and work towards positive changes.\n
- Provide practical strategies and coping techniques to empower clients in navigating everyday challenges and obstacles.\n
Your client focus will primarily include school-aged children and adolescents, addressing a spectrum of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and interpersonal conflicts. You will work closely with families to foster supportive environments that promote growth and healing. Building rapport with students will be fundamental in creating a safe space for therapy, whether through online interactions or in-person sessions when appropriate.

- A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required to ensure a solid foundation in clinical practices.\n
- Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential for providing clinical services.\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, complemented by a robust benefits package. You will be eligible for a sign-on bonus upon joining our team
