Essential Functions & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with supervising producers to monitor project timelines and meet deadlines.
- Manage client requests, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of all tasks.
- Conduct quality control checks on all materials before submission to clients.
- Coordinate design requests, ensuring effective communication between clients and the graphics team.
- Work closely with the finishing team to maintain organization and uphold quality standards throughout the project.
- Handle the booking, scheduling, and payment of voiceover artists as needed.
- Attend meetings and client calls, taking comprehensive notes and distributing them to relevant teams.
- Maintain project schedules and prioritize tasks according to deadlines.
- Manage client-supplied materials, distributing them to the appropriate departments.
- Anticipate project needs and address potential issues proactively.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in the entertainment or advertising industry is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
- Ability to meet multiple deadlines and excel in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a methodical and thorough approach to tasks.
- A proactive team player with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to follow through on tasks.
- Proficiency in Filemaker Pro and Microsoft Office; knowledge of post-production processes is a plus.
