We specialize in Healthcare, Education, and Community & Cultural centers.
The Principal in Charge for Healthcare will lead and manage healthcare design projects, ensuring that they meet client expectations and regulatory requirements. This role is pivotal in overseeing project execution from conception to completion while fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders in the healthcare sector.

What You Will Be Doing- Lead and manage healthcare design projects from inception to completion.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards such as HCAI and OSHPD.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to achieve project objectives.
- Conduct project meetings and presentations to communicate project status and updates.
- Mentor junior staff and provide guidance on best practices in healthcare design.
- Put simply - Business development - Project Management - Leadership
- 2+ years as a senior leader - leading project teams and proven successful business development
- 5+ years of recent experience in healthcare including HCAI & OSHPD
- 10+ years of experience in all phases of architectural project management in healthcare
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Licensed Architect (AIA, RA)
- Ability to be on-site in an HMC Studio to lead staff at least 3 days a week
- Job Salary: $165K - $225K+
- Very lucrative bonus package where you can 2-3x your annual salary in bonuses for new business
