  1. Skill Acquisition Programs
  • Communication Skills: Enhance verbal and non-verbal communication using techniques like the Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS) and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) devices through a verbal behavior model.
  • Social Skills Training: Facilitate structured playgroups, peer modeling, and social stories to foster interaction and social understanding.
  • Adaptive Skills: Provide training in activities of daily living (ADLs), such as dressing, feeding, and toileting, to promote independence.
  1. Data Collection and Progress Monitoring
  • Real-Time Data Collection: Continuously collect data on target behaviors and skills using digital tools and software for efficient tracking.
  • Regular Progress Reviews: Conduct weekly team meetings to discuss progress, update ITPs, and adjust interventions as needed.
  • Completion of Daily Clinical Notes: Maintain thorough documentation and complete daily clinical notes to ensure accurate records and facilitate billing for services.
  1. Family Involvement and Training
  • Parent Training Programs: Conduct workshops and one-on-one training sessions to empower parents with ABA techniques and strategies.
  • Home-Based Support: Extend clinic programs into the home environment through regular consultation and support.
  1. Collaborative Approach
  • Interdisciplinary Team: Coordinate with BCBAs, Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), speech and language therapists, occupational therapists, and special education teachers.
  • Integrated Services: Ensure seamless collaboration with early intervention programs to maintain consistency across settings.
  1. Supervision and Training
  • BHT Supervision: Provide supervision and training to Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs), ensuring they effectively implement ITPs and utilize ABA techniques.
  1. Service Provision
  • Service Delivery: Provide the specified amount of services as detailed in each student's Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP).

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
  • Experience in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for young children with developmental and behavioral challenges.
  • Strong understanding of ABA principles and techniques, including DTT, NET, and PRT.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in data collection and analysis tools.

Preferred Qualifications:
