Position Summary:
Our team is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This position will be responsible for management of our construction projects from preconstruction through closeout while operating within Integrate’s culture and core values. Professionals with strong design-build experience are highly preferred.

- Bid Analysis and Recommendations for Award
- Project Scheduling (Master CPM schedule and 4-week look ahead schedules)
- Job Start-up activities.

- Utilities
- Preconstruction meetings
- Sequence Schedules and Site Staging Plans
- Submittals
- Requests for Information
- Subcontractor Coordination
- Change Requests
- Cost Projections
- Safety Audits
- Meeting Minutes
- Weekly Reports
- Project Closeout
- Warranties / O&M Manuals
- Punchlists
- As-Built Drawings
Skills/knowledge:
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
- 5-10 years of proven experience in Project Management, preferably on 10-$30million projects.
- Commercial Real Estate experience in Medical Lab, Civic/Education, Multifamily/ Student Housing, Industrial, or Mixed-use is required.
- Integrated Develop-Design-Build or Design-Build experience, and preconstruction experience preferred.
- Represent the Company and project teams in a positive manner in all project meetings.
- Able to meet deadlines on multiple projects under different stages of progress in a positive and productive manner.
- Excellent oral and written skills required.
- Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs.
- All other duties as assigned.
- The most successful candidates demonstrate an unwavering commitment to safety, community, quality, sense of urgency, and fun.
- Fluent in Procore.
General:
- Reporting Relationship: Director of Construction Operations.
- Supervisory Responsibility: This position may manage direct reports (project engineers or interns) based on project assignments.
- Work Environment: This job requires approximately 70% office presence and 30% field jobsite presence potentially spread over several states.
- Physical Demands: This position requires no minimum to lift, bend or stand. Safety must be top priority as this position operates in potentially hazardous conditions.
- Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a full-time position. Workdays are predominantly Monday-Friday and hours of work vary depending on project size, location, and work deadlines.
- Travel: Travel is primarily locally during the business day, although some out of the area travel and overnight may be expected.
