Key Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Partner with leadership to define recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and create a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to leadership and employees on all HR matters, promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Performance Management: Establish performance management frameworks, including goal-setting, feedback, and evaluation systems to foster growth and development.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Oversee the design and management of competitive compensation structures, health benefits, and other rewards and recognition programs.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, EEO, OSHA, and others; maintain all required documentation and reporting.
  • Mergers & Acquisitions: Lead HR due diligence, integration planning, and employee transition processes related to M&A activities.
  • HRIS Implementation: Select and implement HR software systems suitable for a growing organization to streamline HR processes.
