Senior HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at HR Recruiting Services. This dynamic role involves overseeing and managing HR operations in the USA, with a focus on ensuring effective implementation of HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
About the Role- Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Partnership: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results. Provide coaching on HR policies and processes to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Talent Management: Design and manage talent solutions including performance management, career development, succession planning, and training programs. Foster a culture that encourages employee growth and engagement.
People-First Approach: Implement HR initiatives that prioritize employee experience and well-being. Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels.
Organizational Culture: Strengthen company culture by driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and pride. Promote a positive work environment that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Talent Development & Recruitment: Oversee recruitment strategies, manage talent development initiatives, and support managers with people-related matters. Ensure effective onboarding and retention programs.
Employee Relations: Support managers in building strong teams, fostering a positive social climate, and managing employee relationships. Provide guidance on conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Payroll & Compensation: Supervise payroll processes, wage management, and other personnel-related payments. Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
About You
- Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in HR roles within fast-paced international environments. Proven track record of success in driving HR initiatives and delivering results.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Recruitment & Scaling: Experience scaling teams and driving local recruitment efforts. Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in the USA and Latin America is a plus.
Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Spanish and Portuguese language skills are a plus.
Change Management: Experience leading change and implementing new HR initiatives. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Data & Analytics: Proficiency in working with HR data and analytics. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Stakeholder Management: Effective at managing relationships with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external partners.
