As the Administrative Director of Cardiovascular Services, you will be at the helm of the cardiovascular program, driving excellence in patient care, operational efficiency, and strategic growth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Quality and Compliance: Lead efforts to achieve cardiovascular-specific accreditations and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Physician Engagement: Foster strong relationships with physician leaders and referring physicians to enhance service line satisfaction and innovation.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work with the Marketing Department to implement effective marketing and consumer experience strategies.
  • Talent Development: Attract, mentor, and develop future leaders within the cardiovascular service line.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Valid BLS certification upon hire; CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in nursing leadership, specifically in cardiovascular services.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead strategic initiatives and manage financial performance.
