Reporting directly to the Chief Nurse Executive, the Perioperative Services Nursing Director will become responsible for this fast-paced department. Managing the perioperative team across 3+ ORs, the Nurse Director Perioperative Services will provide strong administrative leadership to OR staff, serving as a liaison between nursing staff, patients, and their families, as well as motivating staff and promoting an attitude of excellence in all areas. This role will become responsible for implementation of recruitment and retention strategies for OR services, overseeing departmental budgeting, identifying opportunities for quality and performance improvement, in addition to other administrative duties as assigned.
