Description

Commercial Construction Project Manager will be responsible for the following:
  • Review project plans and specifications. Define proposal requirements
  • Prepare solicitation of subcontractors for bid proposals
  • Prepare cost projections and project reports monthly
  • Track, price, and negotiate change orders and cost charges
  • Adhere to project scheduling
  • Continually grow with the industry as building systems, materials and methods innovate
  • Use software tools to aid in estimates and budgets
  • Work directly with clients to define program requirements

Profile

Qualified Commercial Construction Project Manager Candidate will have the following:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager overseeing projects ranging from $5-30M+ in value
  • Thourough understanding of trade agreements, jurisdiction and negotiations, engineering, cost control schedules and safety requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledgeable in construction scheduling software and Windows applications
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
