Project Manager - Lighting
Our client, a leading organization in the lighting industry, is seeking a Project Manager - Lighting to oversee and drive successful project execution. This role is crucial in ensuring the timely delivery of lighting projects, managing project scope, and maintaining high standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Focus:
- Lead and manage lighting projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external stakeholders to define project requirements, objectives, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturers to source materials and products, ensuring alignment with project specifications and quality standards.
- Oversee project execution, providing guidance and support to team members, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Maintain accurate documentation of project details, including progress reports, budget records, and client communications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices and innovative solutions into project management.
Skill Set:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the lighting industry or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex lighting projects from start to finish.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of lighting industry standards, products, and technologies.
