Title: Documentation Specialist
Location: Lake Forest, IL
Duration: 12 Months

Flexible hours within working hours (9-3 Core hours)

Description:

  • This position is NonExempt.
  • Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
  • Prepares, edits, files, assembles documentation such as reports or technical documents, records, or correspondence.
  • Maintains numerical, alphabetical, chronological and/or subject filing system.
  • Responsible for file maintenance and record keeping; locates and removes file material upon request. 3-5 Years of experience.
  • Experience with document changes.
  • Experience with Change packages.
  • Change management area experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • No specific documentation management tool experience required as they use APLM, but if they have previous experience in doc management, that would be helpful as the concepts should translate in general.
