About the Role

A-LIGN is seeking an experienced Partner Marketing Manager to support the rapid expansion of our partnership program. In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind our partner marketing strategy. You'll design and execute programs that drive revenue, maximize partner activation, and acquire new customers.

In this role, you'll :
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partner marketing programs
  • Own the partner-facing communication strategy (think : webinars, newsletters, content)
  • Manage and curate partner resource libraries to support enablement of the field
  • Analyze program performance and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Design partner-driven sales & marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with events on partner-focused initiatives
  • Continuously optimize & improve partner program effectiveness

You'll be a global player, leading partner marketing across North America, EMEA and APAC.

Pay Classification: Full-Time, Exempt

Responsibilities
  • Strategy development & deployment: Develop the strategic vision for partner marketing - and then execute on the comprehensive plan; own the day-to-day execution for a wide range of partner marketing initiatives, including creative, budget, targeting, and reporting
  • Partner & field enablement: Own the partner-facing communication strategy to enable the field; develop strategies & materials for partner enablement; drive systems to educate & reward partners.
  • Campaigns: Develop the co-marketing activity calendar to support sales strategy; create & execute on quarterly marketing plans with partners to generate demand & meet sales and pipeline objectives; create and manage content, as needed, to support partner programs
  • Content development: Develop content for partner marketing opportunities, including webinars, blog posts, talks, keynotes, social media, and PR
  • Relationship building: Establish relationships with key stakeholders within the partner ecosystem and joint clients to drive programs forward


Minimum Qualifications

EXPERIENCE
  • 3+ years of partner marketing experience
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a B2B environment, ideally with a focus on demand generation or campaigns
  • Proficiency in Salesforce

SKILLS
  • Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, set priorities, utilize resources, and meet deadlines
  • Strong project & program management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work individually as well as collaboratively
