Role Overview:

Seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Web/Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support revenue growth. You will oversee all aspects of web presence, ensuring that online platforms effectively communicate value proposition and engage the target audience.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand positioning. Manage and optimize the company website to enhance user experience, drive traffic, and increase conversion rates. Lead the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns across various channels, such as search engines, social media, and display networks. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing and cybersecurity.

Requirements: 5+ years experience as a digital marketing leader Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. Proven track record of success in developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, preferably in the cybersecurity or technology industry. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, LinkedIn Ads, and 6sense. Familiarity with WordPress or similar web environments, with experience managing websites, content management systems (CMS), and marketing automation platforms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. Creative thinking and a passion for staying ahead of the curve in digital marketing trends and technologies.
