The ideal candidate will be passionate about forging new partnerships, expanding our client base, and driving revenue growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future success of our firm. 

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to identify and cultivate new business opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, including conducting outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
  3. Collaborate with the executive team to define sales targets, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives.
  4. Lead the sales process from initial contact through contract negotiation and closing.
  5. Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to the specific needs of prospective clients.
  6. Work closely with our team to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery of services for new clients

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree
  2. Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the public relations or media industry.
  3. Strong understanding of PR principles, media relations, and digital marketing trends.
  4. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities
  5. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a high level of energy
