About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Door-to-Door Residential Sales Representative to join the local Denver team. As a sales rep, you will be responsible for generating new leads and selling roofing services to homeowners, educating them and walking them through the insurance claims process. There will be tons of additional support from inside sales and marketing. You will be the face of this company, and your main goal is to build lasting relationships with your clients by providing them with exceptional service.


Responsibilities:

  • Knock on doors in designated residential areas to generate leads and schedule appointments with potential clients
  • Conduct in-home consultations and provide information about our roofing services
  • Prepare and present sales proposals and estimates to potential customers
  • Follow up with leads and provide ongoing customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and goals
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in our customer relationship management (CRM) system


Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in door-to-door sales or residential roofing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation


Compensation and benefits:

-$50k salary

-$90k-$100k total on-target earnings year 1

-Full time, W-2 role

-Medical benefits

-Reporting to Denver office
