Corporate Services Assistant Responsibilities
As the Corporate Services Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the corporate services department and office personnel. The Corporate Services Assistant position is versatile and often includes a multitude of support duties including, but not limited to, supporting business office functions, assisting with vendor credit applications, filing and record keeping, management of deliveries and mailings, supply inventory and ordering, taking calls on a multi-line phone, greeting visitors, providing concierge services for training and meeting rooms, and other administrative tasks to assist the Corporate Services department.
Corporate Services Assistant Requirements
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Prior Administrative Assistant or Receptionist experience
- Ability to be a flexible team player
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-line phone experience highly preferred.
