The Portfolio Administrator will assist assigned Relationship Managers (RM) with the administrative activities linked to commercial lending relationships with business owners and real estate investors/developers as well as their agencies, representatives, and contractors
The incumbent will ensure that all customer service related goals for the period measured are achieved
Job Responsibilities: Provide high-quality service to customers in a timely and accurate manner and will assist the RM with specific administrative responsibilities and special projects from time to time
Create opportunities to cross-sell Bank products where appropriate as well as coordinate account openings, closings, and modifications as directed by customer or RM
Process commercial loan advances, internal transfers, wire transfers, payments, stop payments, payoff requests and refunds
Process all \'special handling\
