Hello We’re ATLARGE, and we’re looking to hire a real creative superstar. As a unique business model in the marketing/advertising industry, we help our (Sports & Entertainment) clients solve meaningful challenges. Without all that top-down, hierarchy. 


We’re a small team of multi-discipline leaders that rely on trust and communication to execute above standard expectations for everything we do.


The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in managing creative strategy and expectations within a larger marketing plan. Ultimately, this role is in charge of guiding all the agency's campaigns and is responsible for the overall quality and results of creative work. 


This role may be in-person and/or remote. 


What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage the creative process from concept to completion
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Lead and direct the creative team in the production of all marketing collateral
  • Ensure visual communication and brand standards are met
  • Oversee client pitches and proposals
  • Oversee profitability, deliverables, timelines and budgets
  • Meet with clients and stakeholders to pitch campaign strategies and solutions
  • Review work, troubleshoot and provide feedback to creative teams
  • Remain actively involved in hiring and training creative staff
  • Manage and cultivate the career development of staff members, including designers, art directors, copywriters, photographers and web developers


What you need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
  • Experience as a designer/art director/creative ideally in sports and entertainment field.
  • Demonstrable design skills with a strong portfolio including campaign connecting work.
  • Proficiency with required tools, including the Adobe Creative Suite, Procreate, Figma etc.
  • A strong eye for visual composition.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to create and meet deadlines.
  • Be able to give and receive constructive criticism.
