Responsibilities

The Labor Management Specialist is responsible for carrying out labor management tasks for the company in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable state and federal laws.

  • Review and process agency reports
  • Review and resolve outstanding/unresolved shifts in agency portal
  • Set up new agency profiles
  • Update agency profiles
  • Audit 1099 profiles to verify all labor management related entries are correct
  • Review and process agency invoices in iPayables
  • Process PBJ imports into Simple PBJ
  • Assist with TeamWorkers payroll
  • Terminate agency profiles monthly after review of zero hours report
  • Serve as back up for payroll processing
  • Serve as back up for scheduling
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Must have superior computer skills.
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have the ability to multi-task with a high level of accuracy.
  • Must possess a keen eye for detail and be able to troubleshoot problems effectively.
